Marnocha Studios is the personal blog of Mike Marnocha.

I am the Senior Director of Product Development and AI within Genpact’s Experience business (formerly Rightpoint.com), where I lead a national practice focused on designing and delivering digital products that make technology work better for people. My teams build web, mobile, and AI-powered experiences that transform how customers and employees interact with brands.

We bring together experts in Product Management, Cloud, Front End, Mobile, and AI Engineering to help organizations move faster and create lasting value. I also lead internal initiatives including AI development tools enablement, agentic AI and search solutions, and product sales support so our teams can innovate faster and ship better outcomes for clients. Our focus is simple: connect human experience with advanced technology so the digital experiences we build anticipate real needs and help the world work better for people.

Over the past 25+ years, I have led the architecture and delivery of large, mission-critical systems for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises across multiple industries. Some of my favorite technologies are Next.js, Coveo, Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Optimizely, Contentstack, Contentful, React Native, Expo, OpenAI, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
